Nestled between lush hinterland and the stunning ocean, Noosa Residences is the perfect springboard to the wonders of the Sunshine Coast. Sophisticated, stylish and cosmopolitan, this holiday oasis is one of Australia’s most desirable holiday destinations.

Reception can organise a babysitter should you require one. Please give as much notice as possible to ensure we can book a sitter. Ages & number of children will be required. A minimum of 3 hours is required for each booking. Contact Reception for more details by dialing ‘9’.
Banking hours are 10.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday and most banks are located in Noosa Junction.

Striped beach towels are provided in your Residence on arrival. The Body Corporate does not permit anything to be hung over the balcony rails.
The boom gate on Morwong Drive is closed 7.00am to 7.00pm and requires keypad access to enter the property. The code is 5577. When leaving the resort the gate automatically opens as you approach it. A strict speed limit of 10km/hour applies throughout the property.
Each Residence is fully self-contained and features the finest fixtures and fittings with stylish furniture to reflecting the relaxed Noosa lifestyle. Each Residence is individually owned and we respectfully ask all care to be taken while you occupy the Residence. Any damage or breakages may be charged to your account.
All the major car rental companies are in the Noosa area. Please see Reception for their contact details.
A starter pack of complimentary items is provided for your convenience and extra items are available to purchase at Reception. Convenience stores are located nearby in Hastings St.
Cot, high chairs, baby items and beach equipment are available for hire at an additional charge. Please contact Reception during office hours.

All power outlets are 240volts. An adapter is necessary for any appliance with different voltage.
Guest residences are equipped with domestic fire alarms. Avoid generating excessive smoke when cooking. When an alarm is activated due to domestic cooking, (i.e. no fire risk), open balcony doors to extract smoke. DO NOT tamper with the fire alarm. Any unwarranted alarm activations may result in a fee from QFRS being charged to your room account.
In the event of a fire, keep all doors closed and raise alarm in common area and/or with staff.
If directed to do so, you must evacuate via the nearest safe exit. Please take your room key with you. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions on the back of the guest room door.
A hairdryer is available in your residence for your convenience. It is located in the drawer of the main bedroom ensuite bathroom.
Housekeeping will provide guests staying 8 nights or more with a mid-stay clean. Any additional housekeeping requests will be charged accordingly.
Insects are part of living in sub-tropical Queensland and therefore we advise that you avoid leaving any food out on benches. A personal insect repellent may protect you if walking after dusk.

All items found within Noosa Residences will be kept at Reception for 28 days.
Every effort is made to ensure your Residence’s appliances and fittings are in good working order prior to your arrival. If you discover any faulty equipment, please contact Reception so we may replace or repair these items as soon as possible.
In the interests of all of our guests, please be mindful of noise levels so as to not affect other guests’ holiday experiences. TVs and sound systems should be kept at a reasonable level. Children yelling at the pool should be discouraged. NO PARTY POLICY: Noosa Residences Body Corporate enforces a strict No Party Policy. Should our security company or management be called for any excess noise, gatherings or disturbances, a $150.00 call out fee will be charged.
Please ensure that your online shopping provider has your mobile number so they can contact you when they arrive with a delivery.
According to the Body Corporate by-laws and local regulations under no circumstances are animals permitted on the property.
Photocopying and faxing can be done at Reception. The fax number for this resort is (07) 5474 6750. Faxes can be sent and received through Reception. Charges will apply for photocopying and faxes. This service is available during standard business hours.
Noosa Residences reception hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00am –5.00pm & Sundays 9.00am – 12.00pm. Hours may vary dependent on season conditions and public holidays.
Please ensure that NO Sand is carried inside and make use of the hose supplied at the entrance to your Residence to remove any sand before entering. Surfboards and all beach equipment should be stored in your locked garage, not in the Residence. We trust that you will leave the Residence in the same state that you found it. Should extra cleaning be required to remove excess sand, a fee from $200.00 upwards may be applied to your account and charged to the credit card on file.
Noosa Residences is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds. Should evidence of smoking be found in or around the Residence a cleaning fee of $500.00 or more will apply.
The closest day spa is located in the Peppers Resort, approximately 200 metres further up the hill. Stephanie’s Spa offers Noosa Residence guests a $25 voucher on all spa services.

The swimming pool is located between Residences 4 & 5 on Saville Terrace.
To ensure exclusivity of the pool for Noosa Residence guests only, to gain access to the pool you will be required to use the white plastic disk on your residence keys to unlock the gate. Swipe the white disk over the sensor block found on the left side of the pool latch. You will then be able to open the pool gate using the pull-up pool latch.
To exit the pool, you will need to swipe your hand on the EXIT sensor, which is located 1m behind the gate, on the right hand side.
The pool area is NOT patrolled by a lifeguard. We therefore advise that children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure small children wear swimming nappies and that pool rules are observed as a courtesy to all guests. The pool is heated in winter months.
No glassware is permitted inside the pool/BBQ area.
To call a local taxi dial 131 008. You will be required to meet the taxi beyond the boom gate at the end of the cul-de-sac. Uber also operates in the Noosa area.
A brochure rack is located in the reception. We also have a small library of books and DVDs.
We cannot accept responsibility for money or valuables left in your room or vehicle. Ensure your residence and vehicle is kept locked at all times.
Guests are welcome to invite visitors to the resort within the guidelines of the Booking and Occupancy Policy in this compendium. The Body Corporate does not permit parties or functions in the resort or apartments. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum in consideration of others.
Please Note: There is NO extra parking available other than your allocated garage spaces and NO cars are permitted to park on any roads under Body Corporate By Laws. The closest public parking is on Hastings Street.
We ask that all rubbish be removed from the Residences daily and be placed in the provided bins outside. Each residence has a recycling bin (yellow lid) and a general rubbish bin (green/red lid). Each Wednesday evening the rubbish bins will be collected for emptying by local council and will be returned Thursday mornings.
It would be greatly appreciated if any seafood waste or similar be frozen and placed into the bins on Wednesdays.
Where insinkerators are provided in the residences, care should be taken when using. No hard waste (i.e. seeds, bones) is to be placed into the insinkerators and a tap should always be running when using the insinkerator.

Always swim between the yellow & red flags. This indicates that a lifeguard is on duty. If you have any queries about the beach and surf conditions, consult one of the lifeguards on the beach.

Your Residence has a double lock-up garage. Each Residence is permitted a max of 2 cars. Parking is only acceptable inside the allocated garage of the Residence staying – please do not park on the streets. There is no visitor car parking or additional parking spaces available onsite.
Please be mindful of pedestrians and keep your speed to 10km/hour.
If you require an airport transfer, please contact Reception with your flight number & time, number of passengers and the airport you are departing from to organise this service. Charges apply. Please ensure you book 48 hours prior to your departure day.

Check out time is 10.00am. To assist our housekeepers we ask that prior to departure you place all dishes in the dishwasher and put it on. Please remove all rubbish from the Residence and place in the bins outside. Close all windows & doors and turn off all lights & air conditioning. Keys must be returned to Reception upon check-out. Loss of keys and garage remotes will incur a charge for replacement. Late check-outs are available subject to availability and will incur a fee.
Please do not feed the wildlife or leave food unattended on your balcony / common areas.
We are fortunate to be located adjacent to the Noosa National Park and respect the wildlife around us. You may see goannas, water dragons, geckos, bush turkeys, rainbow lorikeets and even the occasional koala. We recommend that you do not leave fruit and other food out on kitchen benchtops or tables, as some birds are friendly enough to help themselves.
